WhatsApp stickers have become an integral part of our day-to-day communication, particularly during festivals when we send greetings to our family and friends. Based on the Livi Bank official rabbit character, we have created a delightful series of animated stickers for Chinese New Year. These stickers convey warm wishes and happiness as we welcome the start of a new year, allowing users to share festive cheer with their loved ones.

During the summer, DBS and Manulife Bancassurance organized a roadshow at Haiphong Road in Tsimshatsui, one of the busiest streets frequented by locals and travelers.

The Royal Ice Cream truck and its accompanying music have always been a favorite among both locals and travelers. As part of the event, free ice cream was distributed at various times throughout the day, serving as a means to raise awareness for upcoming campaigns.

Introducing the new rebate on fare payments across multiple travel options for Citi Octopus Cardholders. The product promotion visual has been meticulously crafted to exude cleanliness and neatness.

By carefully selecting and screening talent for the visual, providing art direction on styling and wardrobe, preparing the props, and collaborating with photographer and retoucher, we have developed two visuals for different material usage. Various artworks were developed for different channel materials.

Emma by AXA revolutionized their mobile app by incorporating AI technology, leading to the introduction of an innovative facial health check function. Unlike traditional comprehensive body checks, this groundbreaking feature utilizes facial scanning to provide users with a convenient and accessible tool for monitoring their health index on the go.

To support the introduction of this new function, we were entrusted with end-to-end services, from conceptualizing creative ideas to executing the promotional materials. Our team worked diligently to develop a compelling campaign aimed at driving user engagement and encouraging the utilization of this exciting new feature.

"Proactive" is an internal initiative that emphasizes the attitudes that should be adopted when interacting with customers. To bring this theme to life, a dynamic and captivating visual was designed as the centerpiece of the campaign. A morning event was organized to uplift and energize the staff, with hotdogs provided for colleagues to enjoy and share as part of the kick-off.

To create an engaging environment, the campaign included the production of office decorations that aligned with its concept. A catering service was coordinated to ensure a delightful morning experience for all participants. In addition, new visual and material templates were developed for internal communication, enabling consistent messaging throughout the campaign.

In line with the branding strategy for The Point, a revamp was undertaken for the logomark and its usage. The goal was to retain the existing image while incorporating elements from SHKP. Adjustments were made to the original version, and a new set of guidelines for logo usage was created.

We ensured a refreshed and cohesive visual identity for The Point that harmoniously integrated SHKP's brand elements. The guidelines and artwork materials provided a comprehensive framework for consistent and effective brand presentation.

The video for FinTech Week were produced to introduce the Bank's latest technology through a storyline that addresses customer concerns and needs.

One of the events in the "Digital Advocacy" campaign focuses on promoting the staff's role as Digital Promoters of Citi. To initiate the AR journey, staff members use their mobile devices to scan a QR code and enter the booth. Throughout the entire journey, our digital avatar serves as their tour guide.
